You must submit your application by that date or your data will be lost. If you do not submit by that date, you will need to create a new application starting on or about July 1, 2023 for the new 2023/2024 application year. Bard Academy at Simon’s Rock is the nation’s first 9th and 10th grade boarding and day program offering to take students from the ninth grade to the completion of the bachelor’s degree in just six years. Our core philosophy is that many young scholars are ready for the rich learning environment of college early, and that the last two years of high school too often have more to do with getting into college than being ready for college.
The Academy provides a two-year curriculum in the liberal arts and sciences, taught by college professors. The intellectual experience is centered on serious and meaningful academic challenges, strong teacher-student relationships, participatory classes, creative expression, and rigorous reading and writing. Bard Academy students are ready to enter into Bard College at Simon’s Rock after completing the 10th grade.
